Couples Therapy
Couples often begin relationship therapy in a reactive or defensive state, fueled by experiences in the relationship or from previous experiences.
Therefore my work with you often begins by working towards a position where the reactive patterns of behaviour reduce or hopefully stop.
My sessions will offer each person an equal chance to be heard and express their view point. We can gently explore all your experiences that have brought you to therapy.
Young People Therapy
I offer young people a safe space to discuss and work through anything they maybe struggling with. This could include family worries, exam stress and mental health concerns like anxiety and self harm.
By creating a safe space to talk through their concerns, young person therapy can help clients understand their emotions better, develop coping skills and build emotional resilience, something that will serve them well into adulthood.

Meeting online or on the phone has become increasingly popular as this enables you to attend sessions from the comfort of your own home, wherever in the world you may be. Online and phone sessions can be just as effective as face to face therapy and have the advantage of being convenient, easily accessible and flexible.
